Complaints, Shortages & Defective Products
Last updated
- 1
Any complaint regarding shortages, damage, incorrect products, or manufacturing defects must be submitted through the SELLET app’s Complaint Ticket facility within 7 days of delivery.
- 2
A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for complaint verification. The customer must also provide clear photographs, product details, quantity affected, order number, and packaging evidence.
- 3
Complaints submitted after seven days or without sufficient evidence may not be accepted. Normal packaging variation, minor colour differences, or damage caused after delivery will not qualify as a defect.
- 4
Products sold as clearance, old stock, assorted stock, or non-returnable items may have restricted complaint eligibility where this is disclosed before purchase.
- 5
Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, repair, credit note, refund, or SELLET Coins, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
- 6
SELLET may request that the affected product and its original packaging be preserved or returned for verification.
- 7
No product should be used, altered, repaired, resold, or discarded while its complaint is under review.
